Anshuman Sharma is the founder and Director of Global Policy Research Foundation. He is a Fulbright scholar, and an alum of Harvard University, International Institute for Population Studies, and IP University with background in public health, demography, and mass communication. He has worked with RTI International, BBC Media Action, and at the Harvard TH School of Public Health. He has also worked in political consulting with a former Chief Minister, and other MPs. He writes regularly in national digital media and is also the host of the podcast HeyAnshuman and is keen on science and policy communication. At GRPF he heads the organisation's overall strategy and growth.

Disha Joshi, is the founder and director of GPRF. She is alum of OP Jindal Global University with a Masters in public policy and PDPU with an under-grad in public administration with a diploma in liberal arts. She has worked with the legislative wing of the BJD, and Indian Political Action Committee, with previous experience at Development Monitoring and Evaluation Office at NITI Aayog.

Siddharth leads the Parliamentary Research Initiative at GPRF and is also Chief of Staff to Dr. Amar Patnaik. His areas of interest include environmental and climate policy, development, and the intersection of climate adaptation and water, energy, agriculture, finance, state capacity and governance. He graduated with a B.A. LL.B. (Hons) from National Law University, Raipur and has previously held positions with the Congress Research Dept. under Prof Rajeev Gowda and with J. Sanjeev Sachdeva of the High Court of Delhi. Siddharth Combines broad political, legislative and policy experience with a deep understanding of the Indian Parliament and its procedures.

Jameela has  completed her Law (BBA.LLB) from Symbiosis Law School, Pune (2012-17). She has been associated with the organisation for over a year. Her work profile includes extensive research on various laws, parliamentary research, policy analysis, drafting law amendments, and op-eds. Before joining the organisation, she practised litigation in

the High Courts of Lucknow and Delhi under senior advocates. She wishes to serve the country as a Judicial Officer some day.

Geeta's work at GPRF focuses on parliamentary research. She graduated from the Army Institute of Law, in 2018 and completed LLM (law and development) from Azim Premji University, in 2020. She has previously worked in the Office of Shri Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, Union Minister of Jal Shakti, PNB Housing Finance Ltd., National Institute of Public Finance and Policy and Senior Advocate Ms Indira Jaising. Her interests lie in exploring the nexus between behavioural economics and law, law and development, social policy and economics. For leisure, she enjoys gardening, trekking and reading.

Naimisha’s domain of interest is in political strategy, voter behaviour study, policy  and defence studies. A Sociology Grad from Delhi University, She was actively engaged in 2019 General Election with MP Aparajita Sarangi and former MP Baijayant Jay Panda. Delhi Assembly Campaign Strategist for former R.K. Puram MLA. She also interned with India's Largest Political Consultancy, I-PAC. During the pandemic she was Covid-volunteering for pan-India volunteering network India Cares. She worked with the Ministry of Culture on the project, ‘Dr. Syama Prasad Mookerjee at NMML’. She has served as the President of Maitreyi College ICC and a fellow of #SheTheChange of Change.Org. When not working, she can be found meditating or trekking in the mountains.

She brings over 2 years of experience in communications & advocacy. She has worked with leading brands building their outreach and identity. She has worked with the Chief Minister’s office in New Delhi and with the Aam Aadmi Party. She brings with her the experience in strategy development, communications and project implementation.
